operate the software. Our firm can assist you from start to finish and, unlike
seminars or classes, our consulting services are tailored to meet YOUR needs.
We are experienced accounting professionals that:
Provide installation, set-up and troubleshooting services
Provide highly interactive, one-on-one training
Have the computer and accounting knowledge that is needed to use QuickBooks® effectively and efficiently
Offer interim accounting services while you are setting up and learning your new program
In addition to working with you one-on-one, we back up out commitment to your success with a telephone and email support program
Fee Schedule
Installation: $495.00
Five hours on site
Advance preparation of accounting set-up, including chart of accounts and payroll (our advantage set-up can save days of your valuable time)
Travel time
Mileage
Training on general procedures, checking accounts and reconciliation, payroll and payroll liabilities, accounts receivable and invoicing, accounts payable and bill payments, etc.
Tune-up: $375.00
Four hours on site
Review of data files
Troubleshooting for problems
Training on areas of need
Travel time
Mileage
Hourly Consulting: $80.00 per hour
On site services have a two-hour minimum plus mileage at standard rate and travel time at 1/2 rate
Support
Support by telephone or e-mail is included on all of our on-site consulting services at no cost on the same incident or training area for seven days after leaving your site.
Ongoing support is arranged on a prepaid basis in two-hour increments.
Charges are computed on 1/10-hour basis with a 2/10-hour minimum at our hourly consulting rate.
Billings on account can be arranged for ongoing accounting clients.
